5. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- invoices must be paid by the due date shown;
- delayed payments may pause work or delivery;
- completed work may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.
Clients are responsible for applicable transaction fees, taxes, or transfer charges unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed based on:
- work completed;
- project progress;
- time allocated;
- agreed milestones; and
- resources already used.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- deposits may be non-refundable once work has started;
- completed milestones are non-refundable;
- monthly retainers already used are non-refundable.

7. Delivery & Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are based on project scope and available information at the time of agreement.
Delays may occur due to:
- client revisions or change requests;
- delayed content/materials;
- delayed approvals;
- third-party service interruptions; or
- events beyond reasonable control.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely cooperation, approvals, and all necessary content, credentials, and lawful materials required for project completion.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any materials supplied to us.
9. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer
SEO and digital marketing services are provided using professional best practices and commercially reasonable efforts.
Results vary depending on factors including:
- market competition;
- budget levels;
- audience behavior;
- website history;
- search engine algorithm updates; and
- third-party platform policies.
We do not guarantee:
- specific search rankings;
- specific traffic volumes;
- lead quantities;
- sales or revenue outcomes; or
- advertising platform approvals.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- our pre-existing tools, systems, methods, templates, and know-how remain our property;
- final deliverables may be transferred or licensed after full payment;
- third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
We may showcase completed public-facing work in our portfolio unless restricted by written agreement.
11. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, cloud vendors, plugins, software tools, or advertising platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
12. Acceptable Use
